In simpler terms, impedance matching is about making sure that the antenna and the RF circuitry are “speaking the same language.” When the antenna’s impedance matches the circuitry’s impedance, everything works smoothly and efficiently. VSWR is 100% tested for every single product and the value meets the industry standards for mass production.

To better understand your needs, please provide detailed information about what you are looking for, including any drawings, reference pictures, or descriptions of your idea.

Get Solution & Quote

We will offer you the optimal solution based on your requirements or the drawing you submitted. Typically, the HFSS simulation and design process takes a few days (weeks) to complete. Once finished, you will receive a comprehensive quote that includes the tooling costs for injection molding, stamping, or die-casting aluminum, if applicable.

Prepare the Prototype for Testing

Once we get your approval, we will proceed to prepare prototypes for testing purpose. This will take 1-2 weeks if everything runs smoothly. The test report will be also provided prior to the air shipment. The test report includes the radiation patterns, VSWR and isolation, axial ratio, etc.
