Sanny Telecom has been designing and producing telecommunication antennas for a decade and we have encountered all kinds of issues, the below are the most frequent concerns of our customers before closing the deal.
Yes, we are definitely a real manufacturer though we are a small factory. However, we have all the necessary testing apparatus and equipment to guarantee product performance and quality. You can check and visit our self-owned factory anytime. Besides, we often act as a trading company to source the relative products for customers. And we can do it very well.
Our price strategy is a little above the average in the market, which includes a quality warranty of three years. Because we will be responsible for any quality issue if it happens in three years. You can choose either replacement products or refund.
We can provide our own test report for the antenna products with the radiation patterns, VSWR, Isolation, Axial Ratio, etc.
We can also provide the salt spray test report for hardware products and UV Exposure test report for the injection plastic（ABS/PC/ASA） products. The test will be done by a third party.
We have a powerful R&D team and can custom most of antenna products to suit your needs. We can provide any product you need in the industry and guide you to choose the right product to increase your sales.
We manufacture most of the mature products in our factory. At the same time, we have three outsourcing factories within 15 miles. You don’t need to worry about the production capacity and product quality.
It depends on the product type and order quantity. Normally, it’s within 3 weeks. It can be 1-2 weeks for the best-selling items since we have more than enough in stock.
Normally, it’s 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.
We can also accept L/C at sight.
